Skill: Inbox Triage

When to use: When I ask for inbox triage, email review, or "clear my inbox".

Inputs: My email inbox (and linked calendar if available); today's date and my timezone.

Steps:
1. Scan unread and recent emails from the last 48 hours (or the range I specify).
2. Group them into: Needs reply today / Can wait / FYI only / Noise.
3. For each "Needs reply today" item, draft a short reply in my voice.
4. Flag anything urgent, time-sensitive, or from a key person.
5. Ignore newsletters, promotions, and automated noise unless I ask otherwise.

Output format:
- Top section: "Do these first" (max 5 items)
- Then: "Draft replies"
- Then: "Can wait"
- Then: "FYI / Noise"

Rules: NEVER send, archive, delete, or label emails. NEVER reply. If login/2FA needed, stop and ask me to take over. If unclear, list under "Needs my decision".

First task to test

Run this once so you see a real result before you save anything.

First task
Run Inbox Triage on the last 48 hours. Draft only. Do not send anything.

How to save it

  1. 1.Run the first task.
  2. 2.Fix the result once — tell the Bot plainly what was wrong and let it redo the run.
  3. 3.Send the message below to save the process as a skill.
Save as skill
Save the process we just used as a skill named "Inbox Triage (Draft Only)". Include when to use it, steps, output format, and the rule that you must never send or change accounts without my approval.
