Skill: Inbox Triage
When to use: When I ask for inbox triage, email review, or "clear my inbox".
Inputs: My email inbox (and linked calendar if available); today's date and my timezone.
Steps:
1. Scan unread and recent emails from the last 48 hours (or the range I specify).
2. Group them into: Needs reply today / Can wait / FYI only / Noise.
3. For each "Needs reply today" item, draft a short reply in my voice.
4. Flag anything urgent, time-sensitive, or from a key person.
5. Ignore newsletters, promotions, and automated noise unless I ask otherwise.
Output format:
- Top section: "Do these first" (max 5 items)
- Then: "Draft replies"
- Then: "Can wait"
- Then: "FYI / Noise"
Rules: NEVER send, archive, delete, or label emails. NEVER reply. If login/2FA needed, stop and ask me to take over. If unclear, list under "Needs my decision".First task to test
